Ideal Auto x AS Alexela Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

The organiser of the campaign is Ideal Auto OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser") in cooperation with AS Alexela.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign is valid from 22 July 2026 until 31 August 2026, inclusive.

3. Campaign Terms

The campaign applies to vehicles purchased from Ideal Auto OÜ during the campaign period.

Customers who purchase a vehicle during the campaign period will receive an Alexela fuel card with a value of €200.

One €200 Alexela fuel card will be issued for each eligible vehicle purchased.

The campaign is valid for both private and business customers.

4. Issuance and Use of the Fuel Card

The fuel card will be issued upon delivery of the vehicle or in accordance with the procedure agreed between the Organiser and the customer.

The fuel card is valid at all Alexela service stations in accordance with the AS Alexela Fuel Card Terms of Use.

The fuel card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

5. Processing of Personal Data

For the purposes of administering the campaign, the Organiser will process the customer's personal data to the extent necessary for issuing the fuel card and conducting the campaign.

Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the campaign and will not be used for any other purpose without the customer's consent, except where required by applicable law.

6. Rights of the Organiser

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these campaign terms or terminate the campaign before its scheduled end date due to force majeure, technical reasons, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser's control. Any amendments will be published on the Ideal Auto website.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse to provide the campaign benefit if it is determined that the campaign terms have been violated or false information has been provided.

7. Liability

The Organiser shall not be liable for any technical failures, service interruptions, or other circumstances related to the use of AS Alexela fuel cards that are beyond the Organiser's control and are attributable to AS Alexela.

8. Miscellaneous

Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
